Option B: Skip cloud accounts entirely and log in using custom email credentials, then upload files directly from your computer, phone, or any local storage device.

If you have an operating system ISO file (Windows, Linux, or other) in your cloud or on your local machine and require a bootable USB drive, our technical team can prepare and verify the bootable device for you. Simply select the ISO file during the file selection process and indicate in the order notes that you require a bootable configuration. Our team handles the flashing process and performs a boot verification check before dispatch.
If any file encounters a download error, you are notified immediately through your dashboard with a clear, plain English explanation of the cause, whether it is a permission issue, a corrupted file, an interrupted connection, or a cloud provider restriction. Our support team is also alerted and will reach out proactively. You may choose to retry the download, skip the affected file, or request a full order review. We do not dispatch hardware until all selected files have been successfully verified.
